Welcome to the EQ MPS Pensions Portal

We are currently in the process of moving the MPS Pensions Member Self Service portal to a new IT platform. This will take place in a phased manner over the next 10 days. During this period, with the exception of 23rd April 5:00pm until 24th April 9:00am where the system will be unavailable, you will still be able to access and view your pension record using your existing log-in credentials. However, from 24th of April 9:00am to 4th May 2026 inclusive the system will be “read only” and Members will not be able to update any personal details, including bank account details during this time. Member self service functionality and the ability to update bank account details via the portal will be available again from circa 9.00am on Tuesday 5 May after system testing has been completed (though we will restore it sooner if possible). If you have an urgent reason to notify us of a change of circumstances or details during the period 23rd April to 4th May, you can contact us as usual by email, or by telephone to our Helpdesk team, Monday to Friday, during normal business hours (09:00 – 17:00) excluding Bank Holidays.

How do I find out more about the McCloud Remedy?
The McCloud Remedy has some pretty big implications for the pensions of certain serving and retired officers. The McCloud ruling and Remedy applies to you if you were a serving police officer and a member of the pension scheme, on or before 31 March 2012 and were still serving on or after 1 April 2015.

SSCL has set up a dedicated website for the MPS all about the McCloud Remedy to help you understand what McCloud means for you. As well as a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions, there’s also a helpline for you to call if you need more information, help and support.
